TPC Leaders Join Forces

In a strategic move that consolidates their position in Africa, the German-based RUD-ERLAU Group and Fochville-based Tyre Chain Services (TCS) have merged in order to better serve the needs of their ever growing customer base.

TCS supplied, fitted and supported tyre protection chains (TPC) in mines and quarries across Southern Africa. Among others, the world brand leader RUD-ERLAU tyre protection and anti-skid chains for loaders and trucks.

Under the new banner of TCS-RUD and headed by CEO, John Horn, the company will henceforth exclusivily supply and support the RUD-ERLAU brand of high quality Tyre Protection Chain.

Now, when more and more mines and quarries are turning to tyre protection chains to protect and extend the life of their earthmover tyres - one of their  largest cost factors. Mervin Smart will continue to be Marketing and Sales Director for the newly enlarged and enhanced organisation.
